Designed exclusively to empower students enrolled at the Cognita family of schools in the Middle East, ENRICH ME programmes combine expert coaching as well as inclusive and unparalleled opportunities in FOOTBALL, SWIMMING, NETBALL, MUSIC & PERFORMING ARTS.

ENRICH ME aims to expand learning beyond the school day, providing an engaging learning experience for our children and supporting high-performing students to achieve outstanding results.

Football

Cognita ENRICH ME Football

ENRICH ME Football is a professional football programme designed by Cognita, exclusively for Cognita schools and students in Dubai. It offers extensive wrap-around support, including training and match analysis, testing, screening and strength & conditioning.

With Kickstart Programmes for FS1 and FS2, to the Development Programme for Years 1-6, an invite-only Select Squad and a Girls-only Hub, there is something for everyone.

The programme’s founding ambassador, Beth Mead, is a truly inspirational sporting figure known around the world as an integral member of the England women’s national football team and Arsenal FC. Beth’s involvement with the programme provides Cognita students with a true role model and gives them direct access to the sporting hero’s expert coaching and advice when she visits our schools here in Dubai.

Swimming

Cognita ENRICH ME Swimming

ENRICH ME Swimming is an all-round integrated swimming programme. Our dedicated and experienced instructors support all students within their curriculum swimming lessons and beyond the school day, where they coach the squads and lead the extra-curricular sessions. We proudly announce that the internationally recognised Swim England framework is being implemented across all our curricular and extra-curricular swimming lessons. Students have the excellent opportunity to explore a variety of aquatic disciplines and learn the vital skill of swimming. We aim to provide all our Cognita students with a pathway to become 'aquatics for life.'

Netball

Cognita ENRICH ME Netball

ENRICH ME Netball begins from FS2 and the programme is based around the development of fundamental skills to build confidence on the court.

The Year 1-6 Development Programme is designed to support a wide range of levels, both beginner and advanced. The structure allows netballers to learn and understand the sport through fun and purposeful drills and games.

The Year 3-6 Select Squad is by invitation only and is a representative team for Cognita as a group of schools. Students train twice per week and will take part in the local leagues and competitions, both domestic and overseas.

Music

Cognita ENRICH ME Music

ENRICH ME Music offers Cognita students the opportunity to learn a musical instrument with a private tutor during school hours, or after school.

Piano, Strings, Brass, Woodwind, Percussions or Voice lessons can be undertaken and lessons are delivered by highly experienced, professional musicians with extensive teaching experience.

Performing Arts

Cognita ENRICH ME Performing Arts

ENRICH ME Performing Arts provides brilliant exposure to the world of Dance & Drama across a wide range fo disciples: Ballet; Contemporary dance; Commerical Dance; Tap & Jazz, Acro-dance and Musical Theatre.

Technique, posture, control, strength, precision, energy, musicality, timing and agility are all key skills and attributes of the genre as well as fostering a sense of teamwork and collaboration as they create with other performers.
